Whole-Block Approach

Greater Baybrook Alliance (GBA) is undertaking a “whole block” acquisition/rehabilitation
program of vacant houses in the Brooklyn and Curtis Bay neighborhoods for the purpose of: 1) mitigating vacancies, 2) improving neighborhood safety, and 3) increasing
homeownership rates.
