2025 Annual Report
In FY2025, GBA redeveloped and activated a vacant lot on Gretna Ct. in Brooklyn Homes, conducted 199 resident- engagement activities, served 10 businesses with Baybrook Retail Improvement Grant (BRIG) projects, supported 3 youth-serving organizations to serve 478 students, and so much more!

2025 Annual Event
GBA hosted our 2025 Annual Event at South Baltimore 7's new building on E. Patapsco Avenue! Special thank you to PNC bank for sponsoring this event and celebrating our neighborhood.
We are especially grateful for our amazing line up of speakers who shared their commitment to Baybrook and their passion for collaborating to make our neighborhoods thrive.
