Building resident leaders to strengthen Baybrook
Request for Proposals
In 2016, more than 100 stakeholders came together in a year-long process to develop a Community Vision and Action Plan.
This year, GBA will be updating our Plan to guide the next decade of revitalization in the Baybrook community. We are seeking planning organizations and firms to partner with us on developing this plan.
Qualified organizations/firms will have experience leading community-driven strategic plans, experience in housing and economic revitalization, familiarity with Maryland funding streams, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to translate data into accessible, easy-to-understand strategy components.

GBA is launching the Baybrook Marketplace—a community-centered retail space where local entrepreneurs, artisans, and small-scale manufacturers can sell products, test ideas, connect with customers, and grow their businesses.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, organized, and relationship-driven leader to help bring this vision to life!
The Marketplace Program Manager will lead the development and day-to-day operation of the Baybrook Marketplace as both a vibrant retail destination and a platform for local entrepreneurship. You will work directly with local entrepreneurs to help them showcase and sell their products while using sales data, customer feedback, training, and connections to resources to help their businesses grow.
