Building resident leaders to strengthen Baybrook

Greater Baybrook Alliance (GBA) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced construction firms for labor, materials, disposal, tools, equipment, permit management, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonable for the demolition and construction of the proposed stormwater management (SWM) improvements.

Responses must be received no later than August 29, 2025 at 4:00 pm EST.

Project contracts will be awarded by September 12, 2025.
