youth leadership development

GBA is supporting the development of youth leadership and identifying opportunities to increase collective impact among neighborhood-based youth-serving organizations and neighborhood residents. Our Youth Engagement Coordinator works to build relationships with Baybrook’s youth, caregivers, and neighborhood partners, develop youth resident leaders, and is creating opportunities for young people ages middle school through young adult to connect to positive adults, peers, programs, and activities. Through this work, GBA seeks to facilitate a unified, youth-led, adult-supported framework for youth engagement across our neighborhoods.

education

Greater Baybrook Alliance recognizes that sharing educational resources across the City-County line is critical for ensuring the long-term success of local families. We work to support our schools as community hubs, developing resources and expand programming opportunities to better serve our youth.
